The Sunnyslope Wine Trail is in the heart of Idaho wine country!

Located just 30 minutes away from Idaho’s capital city, Boise, the trail is nestled in the scenic Snake River Valley AVA.

How to get to the Sunnyslope Wine Trail:

FROM VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON / PORTLAND, OREGON / TRI-CITIES:

Drive east on I-84 heading towards Caldwell, Idaho. Most wineries are approximately 15 minutes from downtown Caldwell. Look for exits 28, 33, 38, and 42; depending on which wineries you would like to visit.

FROM NORTHERN IDAHO AND SPOKANE:

Drive south on Hwy 95 to I-84. Drive east on I-84 heading towards Caldwell, Idaho. Most wineries are approximately 15 minutes from downtown Caldwell. Look for exits 28, 33, 38, and 42; depending on which wineries you would like to visit.

FROM EASTERN IDAHO / SALT LAKE CITY UTAH / EAST NEVADA / JACKPOT:

Drive West on I-84 through Boise. Most wineries are approximately 35 minutes away from downtown Boise. Look for exits 42, 38, 33, 29, or 28; depending on which winery you would like to visit.

FROM WEST NEVADA / WINNEMUCCA:

Drive North on Hwy 95 for 2019 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 55 and drive for 6.3 miles. The first winery you will see on the highway is Sawtooth Estate Winery & Vineyard.

FROM BOISE AIRPORT

Nearest Airport: Boise Airport (BOI) https://www.iflyboise.com/

Drive West on I-84 through Boise. Most wineries are approximately 35 minutes away from the airport. Look for exits 42, 38, 33, 29 or 28, depending on which winery you would like to visit. The destination Caldwell welcome center (link to welcome center page), in the heart of downtown Caldwell, is located off of exit 28, 10th Avenue toward City Center.
