Established in 1999, Koenig Distillery started producing their own European-style brandy from estate-grown plums, pears, and apricots. After 23 years, the Distillery has expanded to include award-winning vodkas and the Seven Devils brand of whiskey. The spirit portfolio includes Potato, Huckleberry and Peach Vodka along with products that are part of the Seven Devils brand: Straight Bourbon, Straight Rye, Sunnyslope Honey, and an 8-year-old Barrel Proof Bourbon. The Distillery is a family run business with a focus on building local relationships. This includes becoming the official whiskey of the Caldwell Night Rodeo. A limited-edition bourbon is created each year to honor the Rodeo, now in its 98th year. In 2021, the Distillery expanded with a of a state-of-the-art tasting room, retail store and meeting space. The Koenigs welcome you to taste their spirits, tour the grounds and enjoy the beautiful area that surrounds their operation.
