From Boise: Take I-84 Exit 33 A to Highway 55 (Karcher Road) From Caldwell: Take I-84 Exist #28 and go South on 10th Ave to High 55 (Karcher Road) and Turn Right Once on Highway 55, go West and turn Right on Hoskins Rd and Right on Plum Rd. Go up and over the hill and you’ll see the “Bitner Vineyards” sign.

You will discover both the beauty and unique terroir of Idaho at Bitner Vineyards. Their estate grown, hand harvested, premium wines reflect vines that have been carefully tended with passion, knowledge and dedication from the rich, beautiful earth of the Snake River Valley. Bitner Vineyards holds themselves to the highest of standards, treat thier workers with respect, and are the first and only vineyard in Idaho that is sustainable LIVE certified, because it is not just a wine – it is a way of life.

Varietals & Wines

Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier varietals used to create Bitner Wines. Popular labels include Menopause Merlot, High Desert White Blend, and Mi Terra, a mix of Petit Verdot and Syrah grapes.

Tasting Fee: $10.00 / 5 tastings – Waived with 2 wine bottle purchases
Group Tasting Policy: Bitner Vineyards does not take groups over 8. Group reservations must schedule 5 days out by phone and email. Two time slots are available for groups – 12:00 pm OR 1:00 pm.
